I would give this hotel a score of 12 if it were possible. Everything was perfect. It is very well situated and easy to find. The level of cleanliness is extemely high. The rooms are large, bright and airy, beds very comfortable and the bathroom has plenty of hot water! Breakfast has a good selection of items. Parking next to the hotel is available. Congratulations to the owners and staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

This former farmer house was refurbished respecting Alentejo’s traditional architecture.

The property is beautiful, like staying in a small stately home. It is really well equipped, from the fully equipped kitchen to the huge towels for both inside and out, everything has been thought off. The outdoor kitchen with sink, fridge & bbq make life easy and the spa which is housed in a different building just made the holiday feel luxurious, not to mention the huge pool. Nita looked after us really well and yet was unobtrusive, thank you. Also, the delightful cafe is less than 5 minutes away and the supermarkets less than 10 minutes by car. We loved the remoteness of the house and the dark skies at night, the stars were amazing.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the years but for the blend of genuine staff warmth, quaintness, value for money, comfy bed and character, I'd have to put this one up near the top. Its location right in the cobblestoned centre of Beja just adds to the allure. If you are staying in Beja, itself a very nice little town, don't look any further.
