Such a great surprise. Everything was very well managed. The hotel is excellent, the facilities are very new, the king room is perfect, and the service was amazing. Thank you so much, Ana! You made our experience not only at the hotel but also in Chaves so much better. The location is also a must — Chaves is not big, but the hotel is very central, which allows you to reach everything within walking distance. The breakfast was great, very diverse and with fresh fruit. The spa is not too big, but I found it just perfect since you need to book in advance (10€ per person per time slot), which reduces the chance of it being overcrowded. There are three shifts available during the day, and you need to choose one (or multiple). Massages are also available (they need to be paid separately).

Very nice hotel. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Good size room. Bed comfortable. Wifi good. Parking behind hotel or in front carpark. Nice breakfast in morning.

Arrived super early but room was ready so let me check in. Off road parking within the grounds for motorbike and able to park at rear out of sight although it’s a quiet place, beautiful views, good breakfast and room was very spacious clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful. Nearest super market was around 11km away. Petrol station just up the road and there’s a restaurant around 1.5k or so up the road that does lunch and evening meals.

Surrounded by natural green areas, Boticas Hotel Art & SPA features an outdoor swimming pool with a panoramic view, along with full Spa and Wellness facilities, including a heated indoor pool.

Most rooms are spatious, not fancy but everything functional, tidy, and clean. Windows have the traditional exterior plastic drapes that are the perfect blinds if you wish to have a dark room even during the day. There’s a vending machine in the corridor with hot and cold at economical prices. The hotel has free private parking, something you wouldn’t find in those located in the centre. So, although it’s not a design hotel or anything near it, this hotel is perfectly suited for any peaceful stay.
