the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with everything I needed. bed and room where fine decent size for what I paid. Location was great opposite a shopping mall and near food and shops, also in a safe location.

Small hotel limits the range of foods which will be provided at breakfast but it was very adequate and beautifully presented. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hugo in particular (at Reception) went out of his way to assist at all times. Building a converted warehouse and deserves accolades for the preservation and refurbishment as a boutique hotel.

Staff members were all very friendly. Mariluz was exceptionally helpful for all questions regarding what to do and where to go. She was also patient in receiving the payment details. The hotel had a warm atmosphere and was surrounded by abundant foliage to give the impression of being in a jungle. I will hope to return soon...many thanks
