She was able to accommodate everything with great efficiency on top of being perfectly fluent in several languages. And thanks to Mr Aghiles also. Eveything was amazing from the moment we entered at the check-in to the rooms to pool area to the breakfast. The staff everywhere was kind, considerate and always had a smile on their faces; always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable and had all the essentials needed whilst on holiday. The kids enjoyed the vast pool especially the late evening swimming which was a perfect way to end a day. The breakfast had a huge variety of cuisines catering for all diets.

I would especially like to thank the two young men at the reception who helped me check in on 24.03. One of them is called Ze, he is from Myanmar. My sympathies to his compatriots in connection with the events that took place in his country. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the second one. He is a tall, handsome man. They provided me with such a wonderful room, a stay in which I will probably never forget for the rest of my life. It was a real gift for my birthday

We are grateful for everything, especially the friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Jarana, Nargisa and Sandra (sorry I didn't mention the other guys - they all provided amazing service). I hope to go to Qatar for the third time and maybe choose this perfect hotel if I don't change location. This hotel is located in a great location (5-10 minutes walk to Place Vendôme Mall, Lusail Winter Wonderland, Al Maha Island, etc.). We have a great view and clean rooms. The breakfast was also excellent and the staff provided the best service. Thank you all!
