Georgiana and her mother were excellent hosts. Just from the moment I arrived at their place they offered me a free dinner. The location is about 1 km from the center of the village on a hill, no noise, no cars, only 3 friendly dogs and 2 cats. A very large yard, with trees and green grass, a small lake with some fish, hammock and a patio. Georgiana is very friendly end she enjoys speaking and entertaining the guests. She told me a lot of things about Rosia Montana and the life in the community . In the morning she offered me a good breakfast and milk from her cows. I encourage everyone to spend a few days in this magnificent place.

I had a very good experience here! The room was good sized, clean, well maintained + bathroom. The food was very good, service excellent (both owner + staff), quiet and very good deal (price in September). There is also a brand-new Jacuzzi tub that we could rent for the evening and enjoy the outdoor air while relaxing in the jacuzzi tub. I would recommend booking here anytime if visiting the area. Also - i would like to revisit in summer time due to the heated pool :) This only a improvement idea, not necessarily an issue : It was confusing how to reach the pension - Because of the GPS application that took me to a bit steep road that normally I've wouldn't follow as I was driving a small car. There is an additional (less steep) road on the other side of the pension. Please maybe highlight the road to the pension by having signs/boards being posted down the hill? These could indicate the easier road up.

The property is excellent, very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has all necessary appliances, including a microwave and a washing machine, and the bathroom is spacious with constant hot water. I really appreciated the fact that there are two kitchens where you can cook with gas, as well as a cozy dining room, perfect for groups. Everything was clean and well organized. I definitely recommend it! Quality price +++.
