Nice clean rooms and decent breakfast. I liked that they had ”communal balconies” on upper floors. Even if you don’t have one with your room, you can still relax on one e few steps out of your room. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant on both nights I stayed there and it matches the hotel in price/quality ratio.

Location is handy, just out of town and easy to find for an overnight, the garden and outdoor dining areas are relaxing and comfortable but there is an industrial space behind and a road in front. Our meal was excellent, breakfast good and adequate too, staff all very pleasant. Be aware that it is an events venue. Thoroughly recommended based on our mid-week one night.
