The staff was very helpful. Our flight was delayed so we arrived very late. We called ahead of time to alert the hotel. The staff was very helpful and left our room keys in the reception. The hotel is pretty close to the airport, the rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is good.

The most welcoming staff, clean and comfortable rooms. I was there only for night , between my flights - was hungry, but I came in the night, so everything was closed - and the driver helped and delivered McDonald’s . Thank you ! Also cool benefit - they have free drivers that take you from and to airport - but you have to inform the hotel in advance

I had the pleasure of staying at Phoenicia Comfort Hotel, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The location was convenient, offering reasonable access to popular attractions and local dining options, although it is situated a bit far from the city center. The staff were courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was modern, spotless, and featured all the conveniences I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was plush and inviting, making it easy to relax after a long day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a blend of comfort and excellent service. It was truly a nice stay!
