The apartment is so cute and cosy! We spent 2 nights and we all fell in love with this place. There is a heater working on chopped wood and it heats like crazy. Everything was so clean, the kitchen is extremely well equipped, the bathroom as well. The hosts were amazing and very welcoming. We will definitely come back here!

The house is clean and cosy, everything you need was there: from all cutlery and bed sheets to homemade rakija (lovely rakija, we drank it all 🙂). The hosts are extremely friendly and supportive. Located literally near the cool train station/museum Sharganska Osmica (it's the next building), really close to Drvengrad. It's a great place to stay! A lot of lovely not annoying cats around who like to play and look for your fallen roshtil 😄

Absolutely amazing stay! 🌟 The house is in a stunning location — just a few minutes from the main road, yet so peaceful and quiet. Everything was perfectly clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The jacuzzi was spotless, and the view was simply breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond — even coming in the evening to light the fireplace or prepare the jacuzzi so everything was just perfect. Another highlight was the food! Two meals a day are included in the price, served at the hotel across the road from a menu. Generous portions, delicious flavors, and a true homemade touch. We loved every moment — highly recommended! 💛

The hosts and the cabin make for the perfect getaway. It was exactly what I hoped for when booking a cabin. I would definitely recommend getting a car, bringing some books and some nice warm clothing. There is plenty of hiking in the area and you are only 20 minutes away from the lake. A good quiet place for relaxing and hiking.

A good quiet place for relaxing and hiking. The travel on the Osmica railway was excellent. If you travel on public transport, check the schedule on the internet. There is no information near the bus stop, and the bus Vishegrad-Belgrade can have a big delay due to border crossing procedures.

Very nice place for short stay (3-4) days. Mećavnik is must go visit place, and a ride on Shargan’s 8 (trip with old train on narrow gauge railway) with breathtaking views is something you should not skip.

Sharganska osmica worth a visit, it a better to book a visit or buy a ticket beforehand, at jatarre train station there is a good place too eat pancakes and other stuff, the place works till 18.30pm I think 1-1,5 days is more then enough for visit, otherwise if you prefer to hike you could take more days

My favourite place was Mecavnik, Sgarganska Osmica, Banjska...

My favourite place was Mecavnik, Sgarganska Osmica, Banjska Stena, the smallest river, 365 meters long “River of the year”, Zaovine, Visegrad. The best restaurant is in Sarganska Osmica, which has affordable prices for the variety of food they offer. It was very easy to go around with the kind help of the locals who are very helpful.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of nature. Classic ski cottage architecture. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast! We are sourly coming in the winter to check out the ski slopes behind the hotel. The gratest thing was - our 2 monts baby slept through the night!
