Warm welcome from the owners who pivr just next door. Made a small presentation of the room, gave us the keys, and had us try local rakija - nice and warm welcome with simple.check in process. The room was very clean, and had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. There was a separate bedroom whicj was perfect for us, with clean pinens and towerls provided. Bathroom was smaller but perfectly clean and neatly organized. Beds were comfortable enough and given the location, there was no noise that would disrupt the sleep. The apartment is located right next to Sargan 8 rail station which is a local attraction, and where we went for breakfast, which also has accommodation facilities but the apartment at Maksimovic in our experience was much better value for money.

Milena - the host is very nice and friendly. Gave us suggestions on what to do and where to go. Everything is as described. The place was very nice and clean. The welcoming homemade rakija also gives a nice touch for the whole experience. You can order Burek for the next morning from the supermarket right across the street. We only stayed one night, unfortunately, but definitely would stay there again. Hvala ti Milena, bilo je super kod vas. Vidimo se sledeci put. Sve najbolje. Pozdrav iz Makedonije

Absolutely amazing stay! 🌟 The house is in a stunning location — just a few minutes from the main road, yet so peaceful and quiet. Everything was perfectly clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The jacuzzi was spotless, and the view was simply breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond — even coming in the evening to light the fireplace or prepare the jacuzzi so everything was just perfect. Another highlight was the food! Two meals a day are included in the price, served at the hotel across the road from a menu. Generous portions, delicious flavors, and a true homemade touch. We loved every moment — highly recommended! 💛

We really liked the apartment Matija. The location is excellent - it is not directly on the main road, but it is easily accessible. It is very close to the most notable thing in Mokra Gora - the train station. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The apartment is brand new and very clean. It is equipped with everything you need for a peaceful holiday.

The hosts and the cabin make for the perfect getaway. It was exactly what I hoped for when booking a cabin. I would definitely recommend getting a car, bringing some books and some nice warm clothing. There is plenty of hiking in the area and you are only 20 minutes away from the lake. This is the real Tara

A good quiet place for relaxing and hiking.

A good quiet place for relaxing and hiking. The travel on the Osmica railway was excellent. If you travel on public transport, check the schedule on the internet. There is no information near the bus stop, and the bus Vishegrad-Belgrade can have a big delay due to border crossing procedures.

Very nice place for short stay (3-4) days. Mećavnik is must go visit place, and a ride on Shargan’s 8 (trip with old train on narrow gauge railway) with breathtaking views is something you should not skip.

Sharganska osmica worth a visit, it a better to book a visit or buy a ticket beforehand, at jatarre train station there is a good place too eat pancakes and other stuff, the place works till 18.30pm I think 1-1,5 days is more then enough for visit, otherwise if you prefer to hike you could take more days

My favourite place was Mecavnik, Sgarganska Osmica, Banjska Stena, the smallest river, 365 meters long “River of the year”, Zaovine, Visegrad. The best restaurant is in Sarganska Osmica, which has affordable prices for the variety of food they offer. It was very easy to go around with the kind help of the locals who are very helpful.

I spent wonderful time in Mokra Gora for 2 days and the challet was amazing, very very clean and well equipped for my everyday needs. The host is an amazing lady, willling to hellp and provide best services. Communication is easy with the host and she even hellped me to find a “taxi service “ from a local driver to bring me from Zlatibor to Mokra Gora and to Visegrad 2 days later. I definetely recommend this house.

We didn't want to leave this wonderful house! It's very cozy and warm, and the Mokra Gora station is nearby. There's a store nearby. I especially want to mention the owner of the house! He's the kindest and most hospitable person! He's a true soul! We highly recommend Villa Mir! Mokra Gora will always remain in our hearts! We love it!

The view and the location are spectacular. It is perfect location for escaping from noise and big crowds. Very peaceful. The rooms are great, parking is available near the hotel. The host is super helpful and friendly.

The great location near the Mokra Gora station and Kusturica village. Very friendly hosts. The house has everything is needed. The place is quiet, a lot of greenery, fresh air. Like the BBQ place.
