Nature Kigali is a friendly and relaxed hotel , convenient for the airport and conference centre. The food was of very high quality. I stayed a few times when I returned to Kigali after visiting different areas of the country. It was a home from home. I will recommend it as a place to stay for any friends visiting the country. The staff were very helpful with a special mention for Tracy for all her efforts sorting out my trips

I cannot thank enough the staff of Ally. I travelled alone and had a medical emergency. Has it not been their professionalism and humanity, I would have been in deep troble, non the least missed my flight back to Europe. The hotel itself is exceptional - recently renewed, sparkling clean, great breakfast and view, close to the airport - but the humans there are even next level.

The staff is amazing and very helpful. They have a private driver that helps a lot. Also it's very good value for money. The pool is a very nice plus. The breakfast is nice and service was great as well. I will not hesitate to book again when I'll travel back to Kigali.

Great Hotel near the airport, lovely staff and tasty food. The shuttle service from the airport worked perfectly even though I arrived at 1am. The room was cozy and clean, including a balcony, mosquito net, little fridge, iron... They also offer a city tour which I recommend to get an idea of the city.
