The ladies running the place are incredibly friendly, and the place itself is a small paradise with a beautiful calming atmosphere. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night, when I could have spent quite a few days enjoying the pleasant wheather sitting by the pool!!

During my trip to Rwanda — the 99th country I’ve visited — I stayed two nights at Robero Resort. From the very first moment, I felt incredibly welcome. The manager personally picked me up from the airport and immediately provided all the help I needed. The resort itself is beautifully designed and very well taken care of. My room was spotlessly clean. The gardens are lush and green, the swimming pool and jacuzzi are wonderful, and the views over the surrounding hills are absolutely breathtaking. The WiFi is excellent throughout the entire property, which is perfect for travelers like me. The food was delicious every single time, and the coffee… simply amazing! But what impressed me the most was the staff: the most kind-hearted and caring people. They made me feel at home from start to finish. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for the incredible hospitality and all the support during my stay. I wish you all the very best — and I truly hope to see you again!

This may be a motel but the facilities and rooms are better than some 5* hotels. Staff can't do enough fir you. I got a very personalised service. It's a new hotel with all mod cons.

Hotappa Suite Apartment is an absolute gem! From the moment I stepped in, I was struck by how cozy and thoughtfully designed the space was. The interiors are modern yet welcoming, with every little detail curated to ensure a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, always going the extra mile to make me feel at home. Whether it was a quick recommendation for local spots or ensuring my requests were handled promptly, their hospitality was unmatched. The location is perfect – close enough to everything you need yet tucked away just enough for a peaceful retreat. The amenities provided were excellent, from the well-equipped kitchenette to the spotless bathroom and fast Wi-Fi. What truly stood out, though, was the attention to cleanliness and the overall ambiance of the apartment. It’s the kind of place you don’t want to leave because it feels like a home away from home.
