The boss Mr. Abdullah is very nice and warmly welcome the guests. Hotel was very clean and the reception was very cooperative. Location of the hotel is not far from Haram. It takes only 7-10 minutes on taxi to get to Haram. Main road is just 2-3 min walk from the hotel where you can get a taxi to Haram. Taxi fare is 5 riyal from hotel to Haram. On return from Haram to hotel is 10 riyal. you may have to negotiate about the fare. You can find lots of food around the hotel.

It was so good I added another night, the rooms is spacious, cleaning is done thoroughly. I will definitely stay here again. Stay at this hotel you will not regret it! There’s a mosque in the same street, the mosque Al Harram is not even 10mins by taxi or shuttle. Staff is very friendly, thank you for everything!!!

"My experience at Anjum Mekkah Hotel was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and attentive service. The staff were extremely helpful and hospitable and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The hotel's facilities were first class, from the luxurious rooms to the impressive common areas. The location, just a short distance from the Haram Mosque, was perfect for my needs and the view of the Mecca skyline was breathtaking. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to satisfy all tastes. I particularly appreciated the varied breakfast buffet which gave me a good start to the day. I am not going to recommend this place to anyone because no...

I am not going to recommend this place to anyone because no customer service and you have to wait for elevator for long. Room is so dirty and bathroom was not good at all. Bidet was leaking whole time we asked them but they failed to fix it too. We have to ask so many times for toilet paper but they don’t want to give us and shower situation was bad too. In simple words they don’t care about anything even you ask them to help or fix anything

The address was not existent, keep taking you to tunnel in the high way and once you are out it says you should go back. The contact number provided is out of service. Booking has no facility to deal with such urgent issues!

The stuff are OK.

The stuff are OK. The location is very bad , Since it is in very weird location and it is in the mountain , The street in the path to hotel is very bad. It is quit hard to reach haram and come back to the hotel. Short location is very very bad.

I've known this area for over 5 years; it's the best part of...

I've known this area for over 5 years; it's the best part of the Grand Mosque compound. There are restaurants and mini-markets nearby, and shuttle buses run 24/7. You just need to choose your hotel carefully and stay within 1.5 km, otherwise it gets very difficult.
