I like first to thank the friendly staff, they were very welcoming and helpful and did more than the needed to make our stay great, The Breakfast was good, Bed confortable, the lounge is nice, the pool, the beach, the facilities, the food from the "A la carte menu", the football field,... calm and nice indoors, cleanliness... are all at top level frankly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel & Apartments in Dammam Industrial City, and I must say, the breakfast service was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked into the dining area, I was welcomed by a warm and attentive team. The breakfast spread was generous, fresh, and thoughtfully curated to cater to a wide range of tastes. Whether you're in the mood for a traditional Middle Eastern breakfast or prefer more continental options, there was no shortage of choices. Freshly baked breads, croissants, and pastries were beautifully displayed, and the made-to-order egg station was a particular highlight – perfectly prepared to individual preferences. Special mention to the Reception staff — especially the lady I think was named Zahra, who assisted me upon arrival. Her professionalism and politeness were outstanding, as was the service provided by the entire hotel team. who constantly ensured to make sure guests had everything they needed. Overall, Radisson Dammam Industrial City goes beyond the standard hotel.

I was greeted by the awesome receptionist Mrs. Shaikha who made me feel welcome and at home. The restaurant was fantastic, and the food was incredibly tasty Break Fast and dinner(Which was paid) - a special shoutout to Mr. Moean and Mrs. Asmaa for their excellent service and attention to detail.
