I've travelled extensively around Europe, Australia and the U.S. and can say, without hesitation, that the Swissotel Living Jeddah is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The high standard of amenities, choice of food and the furnishings are outstanding. On our very first day Mahfuj gave us such a lovely warm welcome and over our entire stay Mahfuj gave us excellent personal care and assistance. His attention to detail in making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed at all times was exceptional. His professionalism is second to none! Thanks to all the staff at Swissotel Living Jeddah and a special thanks to Mahfuj. You have a wonderful hotel! I hope to see you all again soon.

Newly built, modern-style hotel with a clean design. It's like a new business hotel in Germany or Switzerland. Cleanliness is extremely good, down to the smallest detail. Our floor was managed by the caretaker Al Hajj Miya, who is extremely dedicated and precise in his job. The breakfast is amazingly good, with plenty of perfectly fresh fruit and an unexpectedly high standard of choice. We were kindly assisted at breakfast by a lady called Shahad. Lunch and dinner menu dishes are prepared quickly, the meat is of excellent quality. We will definitely return here, everything was perfect.

Overall: Very satisfied, it is our favorite hotel during our trip in the Middle East. Location: Quiet in the midst of bustle, convenient for travel. The hotel is located in the commercial center of Jeddah, midway from the old town and Corniche, which makes it very convenient for travel. The community where the hotel is located is very quiet, but there are many lovely restaurants and shops nearby, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Hotel Design: Modern and stylish, fully functional. The hotel's design is fashionable and simple, full of modernity. The quality of the decoration materials is excellent, and the design contains many thoughtful details, making the user experience very humane. Room and Facilities: Our room had a small balcony, facing the small business garden at the back of the hotel. The restaurants and shops downstairs emit a charming urban atmosphere, not noisy, and relaxing. The equipment and bedding in the room are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, the shower height is especially excellent, and the quality of the bathroom fragrance and products used is very good. Staff service: Thoughtful and enthusiastic while maintaining a proper sense of boundaries, paying attention to the guests' needs without causing disturbances. The parking service was very helpful to us. Breakfast: The hotel's breakfast is set in the Baker & Spice restaurant on the ground floor. Hotel guests can choose any breakfast set meal. The ingredients are fresh, the seasoning is rich, and the dining atmosphere is relaxed. Highly recommended.

Great hospitality and nice staff. One of the great things I found here is the early check-in process, plus the amazing location close to the airport. They have an open-air cafe with a sliding ceiling offering grills, pasta, and hot and cold drinks. Rooms are the big surprise. They are fully automated (smart rooms), tidy, well furnished, and neat clean. Breakfast is good with multiple varieties. I would like to give a special thanks to the front office team ( Akram, Maher,Ms. Ghazal ) , bellman ( Hasan ), and the maestro ( Mr. Ahmed) the room devision manager. Thank you for helping me to enjoy my stay.

    I visited Jeddah after more than 10 years. The city has been revamped to a major extent, It offers quite handful of leaisure activities now as compared to my last visit. Looking forward to visit again with some more time :)

    I like Jeddah,it's beautiful city, has old and new that what I like about Jeddah, I like the red sea 🌊 I used to spend longer time in jeddah when I was a little girl,jeddah corniche is beautiful, I could set for hours there, The only problem is the heat and humidity in summer but if you travel in winter, you would enjoyed jeddah more, I have no problem with the weather but some people do,especially if they come from cold countries, There is many activities in jeddah to do with families, from visiting the old souq,Al Balad,to diving in the red sea or hair a boat for a day, to try some of the delicious local food,love for Jeddah.

    Not going to lie , the whole point of travelling there is to have good time near the sea with my family , less crowded placed more special family time near the sea but the problem is almost no resorts at all near the sea , and the only one is very very expensive at least in booking.com I couldn't find any , kinda looking forward to see the sandy beaches but non of that were present , the unnecessary traffic from some drivers , some of the cars on the street were in a really bad shape I can't believe how are they permitted to drive .. was kinda looking for some families/kids areas but I couldn't find any maybe it was due to my lack of research .. I liked the sea food I'd love to see more of the fine sea food cuisines since the sea food is so fresh and delicious , I didn't like how the touring boats are blasting music kinda make sitting to watch the sunset kinda noisy and not relaxing

    Jeddah is a good destination and dream city. Have all the facilities which any develop country has in European countries. First city to reach before reaching holy city of Makkah. Must recommended place to visit by every Tourist especially Muslim visitors.

    If you like sun,good food and quiet evening walks has it is cooler time to walk,It is a beautiful. However,being a single female beware of soliciting drivers . Take only licensed vehicles like Uber and walk on crowded streets. Wear cotton clothes that gives good cover and cooler and don't let the male shop attendant help you, unfortunately they have some who's hands want to touch. Despite the negative if you love perfume and beauty accessories and Arabian fashion it is also great.

    Jeddah is an underestimated city - we live in Riyadh, it was a delight to visit a quieter city with little to no traffic congestion. Streets are clean and tidy, people polite, just a pleasant place to stay for a few days

    This hotel is inside of InterContinental Hotel. The same reception, service and equipment. The service is definitely 5 stars service. We lived in InterContinental hotel the first day, Al Corniche room is almost same room as InterContinental, I think the only different is InterContinental is in the main building and Al Corniche is in the side building.
