The apartment was very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The code system for entry was convenient and the detailed instructions were helpful, although a bit too many. When the room felt a bit cold, the staff were polite and responsive over the phone and they solved the issue relatively quickly by bringing extra heating the next day. Public transport is available within a two-minute walk, and the city center can be reached in around twenty minutes.

Very good services for such good prices. Very convenient location. The hotel is close to the Alvsjo train station. There’s a direct train to Stockholm City which takes you there in 10 minutes. The beds are really soft and comfortable. Everything was clean, no issues of any kind.

This hotel is over all very good, with comfortable beds and my room had a balcony. I loved the breakfast and the restaurant at the ground floor is excellent as well. I recommend the burger there! The lobby bar is huge, and you can order some food there late in the evening. I was attending concert at the Annexet, which is next door to the hotel. There is a big shopping mall next door as well. If you walk through the mall you’ll end up at the train station. So everything you need is in a walking distance. And last but not least is the wonderful and helpful staff. They’re there for you ❤️

Great reception staff, always available and happy to help. Restaurant lady with the blonde hair was very friendly, always smiling, knew her beer and wine, and always accommodated us at short notice. Young women in the bar/ restaurant was very welcoming. Gorgeous foyer area, rooms were really big, and bathrooms had all the amenities required. Train station was 150 metres, walk away, and on the main commuter line to Stockholm Central.
