We like that the place is spacious, dog friendly, and was dethatched from other homes in the area. You truly had like your own little cottage. The bedroom not only was spacious but the bed was exquisite! We slept so comfortably. I took pic of the mattress and pillows so I can buy the exact same on returning to Norway. The host greeted us and was very friendly. There was no problem getting in touch for they were very attentive. Very bright and clean place.

The accommodation is gorgeous and the pics on booking.com do not do it justice. Owners are very nice, genuine and hospitable. The surrounding area is simply beautiful. Just sitting in the porch with a single Malt was an absolute pleasure. My wife and I were here celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have found a more romantic setting to do this. ♥️♥️♥️

Hotell Kung Gösta is just around the corner from Mora Train Station and 20 minutes’ walk from the Zorn Museum. Tomteland Theme Park is only a 15-minute drive from the hotel.

Very friendly staff that made a solo traveller welcome. Buffet meals had plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Having a small indoor pool and sauna was great but I did not have time to explore these fully. Bag drop and shower after my cross country ski race and after check out was the icing on the cake. 5 min walk to train station has to be up there too.
