Country-house-style atmosphere, lounging chairs out in the sun in front of the entrance, 5 minutes walk away from departures at the airport. Room was extremely spacious and had both a desk and an armchair. Comfy beds. Windows that can be opened but are well sound-proofed, no problem with departing or arriving aircraft at night. Bathroom was well-lit and modern, very spacious shower. The cherry on top was a very varied breakfast buffet starting at 3:30 am, so even early departing travellers are treated to something to eat before their flights.

Breakfast was superb. We liked the lobby with activities (games, crafts, comics) for children. The location was very good, right next to the station and very close to the city center (this is mainly due to Alingsås being a very small city, though).

Tasteful interior and exterior of the restaurant area. Good food in general with some exceptions. A tip is to ask if the hotel and restaurant at the time you wish to book have larger conferences which can mean waiting times at breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as congestion in the outdoor areas. Be observant about having your room cleaned, beds made and towels changed.
