Warm , friendly and clean . Fantastic location with easy access to trams buses and water bus . Facilities were extraordinary with extra attention to detail such as shoe shine machine !! I had a standard double room which was really spacious and well appointed . Comfortable bed and super clean . I will definitely stay again and with my granddaughter next time all the child friendly activities scattered around will be great fun . Must finally add what a banquet of a breakfast they provide .

This was just such a beautiful hotell I am at a lack for words. The design and architecture was so beautiful, probably the best Spa I have stayed at on this side of Skandinavia. The food was amazing, the rooms super nice and the staff very welcoming!! I haven’t been this impressed with a hotell in years. Pure feeling of luxury in every part of our stay, for a very value-for-money experience. Definitely coming back!!
