An absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location between the train station and the city centre. I had a lovely view of the cathedral from my window and my room was beautifully decorated. The staff were so friendly and helpful and even though it was clearly busy with people staying for a sold out concert and what looked like multiple conferences every thing was clean and tidy and staff were never too busy to help. The breakfast was amazing with a great selection as a vegetarian I felt very well catered for. (If you are vegan it might be a little different as almost all the vegetarian options had a diary element but then I didn't ask. There might have been some dairy free options available on request)
