Beautifully finished. Stylistic. Beautiful pool and surrounding gardens. Right in the beach. Stunning views. The food was excellent, the rooms spacious and comfortable. But…by far the best thing about this hotel is the staff. The entire staff went above and beyond to help me whenever I needed it. Always friendly and polite. The venue is gorgeous on its own. But the staff really make it. I will definitely return.

The hotel is very clean and well mantained. The room was comfortable, good quality sheets and towels. Staff was cordial and efficient. The restaurant was very good and the gym was a pleasant surprise. I felt safe and comfortable.

The hotel has recently undertaken a total renovation, which has given the hotel a great look. The roomshave been updated and looks great.The staff are amazing, very friendly, and helpful. Customer service at its best comparable, if not better than a few places in the UK where l reside. It was also very nice to see John the general manager of the hotel interacting with the hotel guests asking for improvement feedback. I was also impressed with the cleanliness standards, l observed both day and night cleaning was consistently by carried out by a group of staff. I also loved the hotel location on a hill next to the president residence overlooking the city and the sea. Both day and night, l admired the beautiful view of Freetown and the sea. The hotel has a great restaurant, and l enjoyed the buffet breakfast with a great variety of both African and intercontinental menus to choose from. Normally, l don't eat lauch or dinner at hotels l stay in, but at this hotel due to the great quality, variety and great tasing menu l changed that. My wife is normally a food critic was highly impressed and gave them her thumps up.

    Sierra Leone is a very poor country that is trying hard to...

    Sierra Leone is a very poor country that is trying hard to attract tourists. The city reflects what you would expect of a poor West African country and this is not a destination to be confused with say going to Spain. It's a destination for the traveller rather than the tourist. Its an interesting city with its story of the slave trade. A guide, with car, is definitely required to get around the city. The beaches south of the city are beautiful and deserted with only a few visitors. Golden sands, palm trees, lovely warm sea water and a few lovely hotels

    This hotel is a good choice for business people on a budget...

    This hotel is a good choice for business people on a budget - Not really very suitable for Tourists since it is far from any beaches. It is clean, very cheerful atmosphere and well prepared food albeit somewhat limited in choices - Overall it is very good value for money consifdering options of going to the next level.

    Free town is a nice place to visit it has nice beaches are nice mountains pretty scenery but the place is dirty bottles up on the sand trash in the water they don’t clean the place the roads are awful awful roads the hotels some are nice you have to pick and choose but getting to the nice places the roads are crazy bad
