Very friendly receptionist. Fantastic location if you need to get to the airport. Large and clean room and a bathroom. Alex, the owner’s daughter, is an extraordinary host, she helps with all possible questions. Her help is valuable especially for non-Portugese speakers. The hotel is very well run and kept. The hotel's owner is really nice and helpful with everything - just ask! Perfect location downtown in walking distance to supermarkets, café, restaurants, a car rental and tour agency. I was even able to check out very late at no cost as my flight had originally been delayed to nighttime.
