Ping was the best. This guy will go out of his way to help you out. I've been coming to Thailand for many years and never met anyone like Ping. The house was great. Lots of space and clean.. The room is located in a fairly central area if you ride a scooter. It's a great place to go in any direction.

We booked a room for our honeymoon and the owner Jordy made sure we had a room with a view to make it extra special for us. The place was stunning, right on the beach with a bar and restaurant and the room was spacious, perfect for a couple. We loved our stayed here, the staff went out of there way to make us feel welcome and always telling us what was going on around the island and things we could do. We will definitely be back!

The staff and the vibe of Tiki are unmatched. Everyone is always happy to talk to you and make sure your enjoying your stay. I had originally booked to stay for 3 nights but I ended up staying for 2 weeks!! Tiki felt so much like home. I enjoyed the events the staff put on every night and they did such a good job at bringing guests together. I stayed in the dorm and i actually enjoyed the experience as i got to meet and connect with others from around the world. The bed was comfy and the curtains provided good privacy. Next time im on Koh Phangan i will degibitly be back

Room was very very clean and spacious. Perfect location with 7-eleven 100m from the hotel and the rest of the main market as well on walking distance. 20 minute walk to Thongsala pier for ferry back. Pool very clean and nice temperature of the water.

Owners Ki and Chris have done an amazing job with remodeling and updating the property and Villas. We stayed in a beachfront Villa with a private infinity pool. Villa was large, very modern, with much attention to detail. Felt very safe and secure. Well exceeded our expectations. Staff were amazing, food was very good and had spectacular sunsets.     I choose to stay in Bann Tai for its central location. There are much nicer locations on the island to stay, however if you are like me, and like to explore, then this location is best as its in the middle of the coast line, and its close to central heart road ways that take you to any part of the island quickly.

    I don't drive, so I walked around a lot this area.

    I don't drive, so I walked around a lot this area. I really enjoyed Wat Khao Tham and Apichada view point where I can visit by walk. There are lots of tasty local food with reasonable price. Especially I liked MAMA local restaurant. Also, I liked carrot cake from Croissant & Ko. They have lots of cakes and pastry it was difficult to chose!!! You can see the sunset from the beach.

    This side of the island is considered the most alive as it is close to the pier and there are a lot of bars, street markets and super markets. I would recommend it as a convenient option for accomodation.

    Unforntunately due to an accident, I could not finish the full length of my stay at the this property. I had to be rushed to a hospital on Koh Samui and could not travel back to Koh Phangan because of my injury. The property staff were super sweet that they packed all my stuff and sent it by cargo ferry to Koh Samui. They really cared to make sure that I recovered well. The one night I stayed at the property was excellent. It has excellent beach and sunset views and is perfect for relaxing.

Hotel is near some lovely restaurants and very easy to hire a bike to explore the island The view from the hostel is amazing and you are right on the beachfront to relax
