Everything was absolutely amazing. The room was clean and specious, located in a beautiful house in the middle of a quiet garden. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Actually, you can order anything for breakfast from the menu of the small restaurant/café situated in the building. The restaurant was also very quiet. The whole house with the garden is a very relaxing place.

I loved the location, I wanted something outside the business of chaing mai, but close enough that it was easy to catch a grab. The staff were so kind and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and the food was great. I cannot fault this place.

What an oasis. Lovely property, close enough to the center of town, but away from the craziness / traffic. Staff are all incredible, and Jam was so much HELP and so lovely. Highly recommend this beautiful property for all reasons.

The quiet atmosphere made it easy to fall asleep and it was lovely to wake up and look out the window and see the green mountains in the near distance. The blue welcome drink was a refreshing treat. The American and Thai food offered at the hotel was tasty. The hotel provides basic amenities like toothbrushes and soap, as well as a mini fridge, a hot water kettle, and tea and coffee. Our group is looking forward to returning for a future stay at this hotel.
