The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable.. good lighting and very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, soft pillows to and plenty of beautiful clean towels. There was everything you needed including washing machine if you are staying longer. Absolutely loved the private pool. The pool was a salt water pool with very strong jets which gave an excellent massage. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was a great place for us as we have our own car as we are touring.

No breakfast available but kettle in room. I have seen complaints that the beds are too hard. These are standard firm Asian mattresses and not unusually hard. No problem sleeping, perfectly comfortable.

We where visiting my wife's relatives in the area and for what they charged you couldn't fault the place.It was spotless clean and was only 40 baht 2 shopping centre.The breakfast was very good.If you are looking for a budget hotel you won't do much better than this.
