The location is few KM's away from the night market. The whole property is very spacious with sufficient parking lots, picnic tables, playground, outdoor dining area and swimming pools. They also provide public toilet and prayer room that can be used after check-out. The breakfast is fairly simple but complete. The waterpark, on the other hand, is more suitable for kids rather than adults.

It was a great place to stop off for the night before heading to Langkawi. The lady at reception was extremely friendly. Helped us with booking the boat for us and sorting out immigration. Close to 7eleven for us to grab breakfast in the morning and arranged transport to the ferry port. Very clean

This is basically a road-side spot but next to a very quiet road. I went there to finish some online work in quietness and then enjoy a countryside weekend and the place suited that purpose perfectly. The restaurant was basically empty besides at noon time so the terrace above the small stream was a perfect chill/work area. The outdoor area which you can see in the description photos is basically the best part of this place. The wifi is very reliable for such a remote spot and plugs are available at that terrace too. The room was basic - just as shown in the photos - and sufficiently clean and comfortable. The mattress is just slightly more on the harder side which suited me perfectly but might be a bit rough for picky guests. It's all run by a family that lives there and they are friendly and helpful. There is a bicycle available for free and the two main spots of interest - Ya Roi waterfall and the ticketed area of Thale Ban park can be easily reached by cycling. They also offered me a ride to the border, as after my stay I was heading to Malaysia and was travelling without my own vehicle. Overall the place is most definitely a bang for the buck.
