We stayed at this hotel and it was simply perfect! The staff was amazing throughout our entire stay - friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We truly felt well taken care of and appreciated. The pool was clean and excellently maintained, and the room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was exactly as we expected - and even better! The location is convenient, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the overall feeling was of a place where they genuinely care about their guests. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality and pleasant place to stay!

At first glance, the hotel is located in a very rural area — perhaps even too rural — but it turned out to be a great place to stay. The lady at the front desk was very kind and always tried to help. A relatively late check-in (around 21:30) was no problem. The hotel provided bottled water, toothbrushes, and extra towels for the swimming pool. On the property, there’s a well-equipped kitchen where you can cook or warm up food, as well as a washing machine for guests to use. The Wi‑Fi was excellent everywhere, all day long.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Le Meridien Phuket Mai Kao and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. A special mention goes to Meling at the front desk, who was simply amazing. Her professionalism, warmth, and helpfulness made us feel truly welcome. She was always ready to assist with anything we needed and provided excellent recommendations throughout our stay. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade to a beachfront room - what a wonderful surprise! The location of the hotel is unbeatable, situated right at the edge of a stunning beach that's part of a national park. The beach itself was terrific, and we loved being so close to such natural beauty. As a family traveling with a young child, we were incredibly impressed by how child-friendly the hotel is. They thought of everything - from providing a small potty to a baby bathtub in our room. Every detail was considered to make our stay with our little one as smooth and comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Le Meridien Phuket Mai Kao to anyone, especially families. This hotel truly knows how to deliver exceptional hospitality. We can't wait to return!

This place is perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were amazing!! The rooms were super clean and comfortable. We felt so well looked after with late check out time (1:00 PM) being offered and extra amenities for free. We really enjoyed the quiet vibe and secluded feel of the resort.
