The hotel has a very good location a few blocks outside the main Chiang Mai city. Tons of food, shops and massage locals around. The staff was really friendly and helped will all pur inquiries. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Will return for a second Chiang Mai trip definately.

Great hotel with a special eye for details, such as the fruits and juices that are available throughout the day. Hotel is calm, quite small and 10min from the centre by walk which offers a really relaxing experience. Staff is lovely, they offered our room 3 hours before the check in and even called our taxi driver on the way to the airport when we had forgotten something in the room!

The hotel has a good feel to it. They make you feel part of "The Crew" by posting friendly slogans against the walls. The free coffee machine is a big plus! The pool is stunning! (But cold) The rooms are squeaky clean, with comfortable bedding and pillows. We had to leave very early to cath a flight, so could not enjoy the breakfast, but the hotel packed a take away croissant in for us for the road. All and all, a very good experience!

Everything & everyone. This is an amazing hotel. Calm and relaxed atmosphere. Super clean rooms, dining area and pool. Spacious dining area. New decor throughout. Amazingly friendly staff that go above and beyond to make you feel welcome & so very well looked after. Delicious breakfast (Western and Thai options). Delicious homemade Thai deserts and also coffee, tea, fruit, chilled water & juices all complimentary throughout the day. There is also yoga available with a fabulous instructor in the new studio beside the pool. Hotel is very quiet yet situated close to many restaurants cafes & bars. Grab cab 7 mins to old town. Laundry & shoe cleaning service available. Maybe a small suggestion for a couple extra sun beds and an earlier yoga time option … we would loved to have done yoga everyday including days we had early start for tours. We highly recommend you book here, we extended our stay by 6 nights we enjoyed it so much!
