Friendly staff, cosy and clean place, nice swimming pool in a green garden, we had family suite with balkony and beatifull view, appreciate A/C and fan, slept with opened window with a net, hired moto for few days, in good technical condition, we highly recommend, restaurant at place with tasty meals

Very quiet place. New villas 2 rooms with a common swimming pool. The café is inside the area, but open from 9 to 3 pm only. The name is correct! Enjoy the fantastic breakfasts prepared fresh every morning. We will be back!!!

The place is wonderful! I really enjoyed staying there. The people are very polite and friendly. It's quiet, with nice music and beautiful nature - just great! I hope I'll come back one day.

Staying at Ma Family Coffee Farm for two nights was truly an unforgettable experience that exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the beautiful and gracious Monthira and her husband, who both exuded genuine hospitality and warmth. Monthira's passion for coffee was infectious, and her wealth of knowledge on the subject was truly impressive. She not only shared with me the intricate process of coffee production. I had the opportunity to taste an array of different coffees, each one bursting with unique flavors and aromas. It was a sensory experience like no other, and I left with a newfound appreciation for the art of coffee making. In the evenings, we would gather around a crackling fire, where Monthira and her husband would whip up a delicious feast of eggs and marshmallows. The ambience was cozy and intimate, and it felt like being a part of a close-knit family. The laughter and stories shared around the fire will forever hold a special place in my heart. The accommodations at Ma Family Coffee Farm were nothing short of spectacular. My room was spotlessly clean and tucked away atop the mountain, offering breathtaking views of the lush landscape below. Waking up to the sight of the sun rising over the coffee fields was a truly magical experience. As much as I wished I could have stayed longer, my time at Ma Family Coffee Farm will always be cherished as a highlight of my travels. Monthira and her husband's warmth and hospitality left a lasting impression on me, and I left feeling like a part of their extended family. I cannot wait to return to this slice of paradise and bask once again in the beauty of Ma Family Coffee Farm.

I highly recommend! A beautiful, authentic Homestay in a traditional bamboo hut nestled in the jungle above a fast flowing creek. My hut was very comfortable - soft mattress and soft pillows, mosquito net, ensuite with hot shower. A balcony to relax and watch the world (ie pigs, dogs, water buffalo) go by. The owner, Mr Thep, is a friendly, kind, knowledgeable local Lahu man. He was always willing to help and provided information, and organised transport when I needed it. He speaks English very well. This is his home, he has lived here with his father and delightful daughter for 20 years. They offer great food and beer, both very well priced (80-100baht) especially considering you are in the middle of a jungle. (There is also a lovely creek-side cafe that has great food 10 minutes walk away.) But don’t expect this Homestay to be like the facilities/conveniences of Chiang Rai, or compare it to a hotel (there are no taxis or Grab App in the jungle!) - it is so much more - this is a serene piece of paradise where you can disconnect, relax and enjoy the jungle and experience the simplicity and beauty of authentic village life. I really enjoyed my stay and laughed a lot! The ‘Land of Smiles’ has somehow come out the other side of covid still smiling. And so am I. To do: - 20 minute walk through the jungle (steps) to the refreshing Mae Sai waterfall. Highly recommend going in for a dip - the water gets deep after a few steps in. The waterfall itself provides a chilly, powerful massage! - If you want more of a challenge take the (very) steep walk up (3.7km) to the Doi Bo Viewpoint - ‘Sea of Mist Yafu’ - If you aren’t quite up for the climb to the Viewpoint you can turnoff at the halfway mark and visit Ban Yafu Village.
