This is a highly cost-effective homestay. The entire second floor of the building is yours and there is no curfew. If you drive a car, it's very convenient to park at the door. The room is quite spacious and has two balconies with large floor-to-ceiling windows. The host has cleaned the room exceptionally well, far exceeding your expectations. Two 1-liter bottles of water and various snacks are provided in the room, and there are also paid beverages and snacks. The room is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, tableware, induction cooker, and laundry service. This is a homestay with an extremely high cost-performance ratio that exceeds your imagination. I will definitely stay here again next time.

I had such a wonderful stay at this condominium in Phuket hosted by Mr. Mohamed. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything I needed. The view overlooking the pool was beautiful, and having access to the gym was a big plus. On my first day, I had a small issue, and Mr. Mohamed came right away to help and quickly solved it. His responsiveness and care made me feel so safe and well taken care of. That kind of customer service really goes above and beyond. I honestly felt so comfortable here that I even wanted to extend my stay longer. I highly recommend this place and especially booking with Mr. Mohamed, he truly makes sure you are happy and comfortable throughout your stay.

We liked everything. Pool is great for that weather in Thailand. Location is very good for people who like privacy. They refill minibar every day for free what is really great and you don’t need to think about sodas. Staff was very friendly their.
