Everything, but mostly value for money. The hotel is nice, modern, and cozy. The staff are just wonderful people, full of energy and intention to provide a meaningful experience. The breakfast is very good, combining local and global food. The neighborhood has good international restaurants and is close to a metro station. For people keen to walk, it is safe to walk from there to the main attractions, but transportation is also very affordable. I won´t think twice about booking this hotel if I go back to the city.

Both our kids and we loved it. Breakfast is great (and cheap). The pool is actually quite big (21m) and they always make sure there are fresh towels and that it's clean. There's a wonderful view from the pool to the city. It's a real 5 star experience with staff that is always friendly and looking to see how they can do more. We especially want to point out Kaew who had connected ahead of time and solved every problem (e.g. airport transport, taxis, calling the airlines, recommending great things to do, etc'). We are on a long relocation and are considering going back through this hotel as the experience was so great for our entire family.
