We loved this place!!! Even though you cannot properly stand up, the room is very spacious, clean and well furnished. You can use the AC if it gets too hot, you can also use a fridge to chill up your drinks. The bed was comfortable, we received towels. There was two of us and we had a huge amount of baggage after some last days of shopping in Bangkok, but even with it we still had plenty of space in the room. The common area and bathrooms were always clean too. Couldn’t recommend more!

The staff even sends a video of how to get there, which makes everything easier. Self check-in is convenient, and you can pick up the key from the locker. The staff is very friendly, and the room is eco-conscious, meaning no daily cleaning service, but you can request free cleaning whenever you want. Free laundry service is also available. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in an excellent location. All the staff are extremely kind and friendly — from the security guard at the entrance, to the receptionists, the breakfast staff, and the cleaners. The hotel is neat and clean. Compliments to the breakfast — it was very interesting to try foods that are not part of a typical European breakfast, and everything was delicious. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back when we get the chance.

The kids playroom, pool and restaurant are excellent and the staff all made such an effort. We were so impressed with the hotel and the whole experience had at The Pranakorn Heritage Hotel.
