This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve visited. Situated close to the beach, away from the noisy center of Hua Hin. Brand new and with a wonderful architecture, every detail is thought of, both in the rooms, the common areas and not at least outside. There are so many small architectural details you will enjoy, the food is excellent and a very, very nice staff. If a place deserves 10 out of 10, this is the place!

Not a lot to like.

Not a lot to like. There isn't really a beach most of the time - rather a stepped sea wall. It feels a bit rough. Probably not a destination that families should put on their list of places to go to in Thailand.

Most importantly, the beach was not underwater like the beach at Hua Hin was, due to tides. The beach is pretty clean and there are plenty of reasonably priced vendors to hire a lounge chair from - and they don't harass you when you're walking past. There isn't anything architectural to look at in the town, but it has a nice atmosphere. In the evening, various street food stalls set up along the road at the beach.

It was a nice short getaway. Bring an umbrella as it rained most days and was humid. There was a nice little bakery restaurant called loves bread that was good on the road up to the highway that goes through town. If you arrive by bus/van I would suggest getting a ride share to and from the hotel also the same if you take the train as it is very humid.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. It's located middle of nowhere (which might get boring if you stay long time), but there is small town within short walk: 7eleven, few restaurants and massage places nearby. You need Taxi to go to Cha Am or Hua Hin (I recommend Grab, it worked well). Staff is super friendly. Great breakfast. Pool area was not crowded at any time even there were many guests in the hotel. Great room with pool access and great bed to sleep. No bugs etc. gross.

It is the perfect getaway for couples who want to relax. Cha Am itself is quiet, and relaxing but yet so beautiful, just as the people. Note: We are not a couple of age, relatively young and full of life, but of all Thailand over the 4months travel, we enjoyed the Accommodation and the area the most.

Beautiful new resort, amazing pool, gorgeous big rooms. Definitely a 5 star hotel. Staff have definitely been trained to a 5 star standard. Breakfast buffet is the best after travelling for 6 weeks in Thailand. Manager was lovely.

Beautiful modern hotel located in the quiet village of Cha Am. Staff were very friendly. The hotel is quite small. Lovely pool but lack of shade. We had a triple room. It was good for 2 nights.
