We stayed at this hotel for six nights and had an amazing experience! The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a perfect stay. The owners were so welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and tours, which can conveniently be booked through them. The location is fantastic—close to the pier and easy to get around. It truly feels like a hidden pearl in Koh Lanta, and we feel so lucky to have booked this hotel. Highly recommended!

We travel as backpackers and as a couple. We just loved it here. The staff is so nice and they do their best to help you! There were only three more guests staying in Cicada Lanta and only us having booked the stay with breakfast, so they opened their kitchen every morning only for us. Very cute! We even booked two more nights, as we felt so comfortable and on ease. The huts are very basic. You'll find everything you need. They are exactly how they look on the pictures and it's very clean. I loved it that the huts are made of wood. And there are so many handmade details everywhere - absolutely fantastic. We do have enough concrete at home. So this just fits so much better! I also love how they created the garden area. We would often sit on our little porch in front of the huts and enjoy the garden or do Yoga. I really don't like all these big resorts coming up. So if you look for a more authentic place but still kind of like to have it clean and nice: This is the place to stay! 🫶🏽

It's a brand new resort so everything is very nice and modern. It is a family business. Therefore, you should not expect daily cleaning or service like a 5 star hotel. That wouldn't be fair, as the family is helpful in every way possible. The beds are more than clean. The mattresses are very comfortable. The room has air conditioning, a kettle, coffee and you can ask for water and coffee anytime you like. It has a fridge and a desk and a TV with Netflix. The Bathroom is sooo clean and new. It has a very large terrace and a beautiful garden. There is everything you need within walking distance: restaurants, 7/Eleven, beach, massage parlor, fitness center and fruit and vegetable stands. You can rent Motorbikes or Cars or transfer to everywhere you like. Even tours they offer. I was there over 15 nights and enjoyed it very much. Various secured beaches, lots of greenery but also a little run down in places. Trips to Koh Rok and Koh Haa excellent for snorkelling. Nothing to see in sea here sadly. Lovely food from many restaurants. Klong Nin I felt was the perfect choice in middle of island, quite but lots to see. Easy to explore but tuk tuk more exp. National park and monkeys worth seeing as is old town. Drove to Lanta Noi across bridge, very rustic and traditional. I’d highly recommend spending some time here

During off season (July) the Island is reasonably quiet, many places are actually closed. Still, we had a great time. We had picked the right accommodation and were lucky with the weather, Still, it was often very windy with one powerful storm, which made the beaches useless: high bumper waves with rocks under the surf. Luckily, we had a great pool at our place. Things to do: Great local food everywhere and very affordable. Mangrove and island cave kayaking Elephant sanctuary (go for the 2hrs option if you can afford it) Old Town (great few form the pier and lots of tourist shops) National Park (jungle walk, lighthouse, beach) Many beaches to explore Scooter hires everywhere

This was one of our favourite hotels in Thailand. the resort is in front of a beautiful quiet stretch of beach, perfect for swimming and chilling. They have kayaks you can use for free as well, and the sunsets are stunning. If you fancy exploring and hire a car or scooter, there are even more lovely beaches just five minutes in either direction. We enjoyed the hotel restaurant, and there’s some lovely alternative options on the beach as well if you want some variety. It’s the perfect option if you want to relax!

This is such a beautiful place, tucked off the main road near long beach against the forest. The garden is lovely and peaceful, and it's nice that each room has it's own building. Jon and Samantha were amazing hosts, always friendly and helped us with a lot of things during our stay including scooter hire and taxis, with good advice about Lanta and Thailand. The room was great - cosy with good air con and facilities. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Cool bamboo huts, nice decor & space inside & outside seating. This place brought back good memories of my younger back backing days in Thailand 30 years ago. Staff nice & friendly too. Right in front of the beach & beautiful sunsets, near enough to the more lively part of Long Beach but still quiet.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation, room very spacious and clean. Short walk to the stunning Long Beach with bar and restaurants. Hotel did have a small cafe which was open all day. We only had breakfast there once and it was very good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
