The staff was welcoming, very helpful and lovely from the first time I have arrived, so I they made me feel like home. The room was spacious, sunny, clean and on the top floor with a nice view. There are a lot of coffees, supermarkets and restaurants on this area so easy to grab food. And the pool was also a big plus...it was always quite and clean. So I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when I'm back to Pattaya.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. It is located conveniently to restaurants, mall, supermarket, etc. The view from our room is amazing and it is very clean. The staff sees to its upkeep regularly and they provided superb service. Breakfast was exquisite, lots of options and you get a nice view while eating. We enjoyed lounging at their lovely pool though it can be quite cold especially in the evening. Overall, we had an amazing stay in this hotel.

It was lovely there, definitely the nice part of Pattaya. Much quieter and more relaxing. If you prefer to be in amongst the hustle and bustle, you would probably prefer to stay in the city centre. Although it was a very short cheap uber or taxi/scooter ride to the city centre.

Pattaya north is by far the best area in Pattaya, compared...

Pattaya north is by far the best area in Pattaya, compared to Pattaya Central its quiet, clean and has great shopping centres as well as bars on your doorstep. If you not in Pattaya to enjoy adult activities then Pattaya north is the place you want to be.

North Pataya is an interesting area with a lot going on around 3rd Road, Clubs, Pubs and BBQ places which I did not really have time to visit. Cannot get around easy with the 10B bus but Bolt taxis were very easy to get around with and cheap.

Pattaya has a good mix of entertainment outlets and massage parlours, restaurants and shopping venues. However there were not many authentic Thai restaurants, the streets are dominated by Indian, Italian and fast food restaurants.

North Pattaya is 8 miles from beach and walking street. However bear in mind the traffic this can take 20/25 mins. Pattaya beach stinks. Go to coral Island cruises. Cheap deals by speed boat : paragliding, snorkeling,jet ski and banana ride only 52£ all day. Very impressive at least 2 islands with clean aqua water.

Pattaya North has a lot to offer.

Pattaya North has a lot to offer. The hotel is not close to the city, but there is a shuttle bus that provide transport two time a day to the mall. I think there should be more than 2 trips per day. There are no trips provided in the morning.

The hotel is situated right on the beach and the breakfast restaurant has a lovely open seating area so that you can enjoy the beach breeze and view. Breakfast buffet selection was good. There are two large pools by the beach and a good beach bar and restaurant serving all day long. Our rooms were on the tenth floor with a good view of the sea. The gym is a decent size with several machines and free weights. Free shuttle to Terminal 21 shopping Center every hour.

Excellent location - near nice restaurants and within 5 minute drive of the Sanctuary of Truth. Hotel staff very welcoming, check in took 2 minutes. We had booked a king size room with sea view and it was very nice, clean room. Facilities are good - nice beach bar for drinks.

The location of the hotel right on the sandy beach was great. The tropical garden of the hotel with slides and pools was beautiful. The staff was very friendly, the daily activities for the kids were fun. The rope center with zipline was also nice.
