Amazing place right on the beach with that ‘Robinson Crusoe’ feeling about the place! Lovely setting with the most beautiful beach and not crowded at this end. The room was exceptional with an amazing balcony with two large beach loungers. We really loved the staff and owner and how friendly and courteous they all were.

Beautiful cool and clean pool Great massages Clean rooms with great air conditioning Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful and even made up a large table for 19 guest right on the beach for dinners. Village was perfect nearby for getting your nails done, massages, other food options etc Would definitely recommend this resort for relaxing on the beautiful beach and taking it easy as it’s a fair distance to other locations.

We are here for the 6th tim, we loved it from the very first time. Beautiful seaview, quiet relaxing surroundings yet just a short walk away from the village with international restaurants, shops and galleries, and (if you ask us) from the most beautiful beach on the whole island. The apartments are spacious, well equipped and comfortable (so far we have stayed in 4 out of 7 apartments), the pool is beautiful, and every terrace overlooks the gorgeous garden and ofc the sea.

Wow! Just wow! From our Arrival till we left - everything has been great, more than great! The super friendly and always helpful Staff, our wonderful Pool Suite, the Food, the Service, the Kindness we felt - whenever someone out of the Staff crossed our way, the whole Hotel Complex - so lovely with Plants just everywhere... This has been an absolutely "jackpot" Trip to wonderful Koh Phangan! And there has been nothing more to ask for! We just loved to be there, felt warmly welcome and more than super cared for! Our stay at Santhiya was really nice. The room, pool, and facilities are superb. Breakfast was nice and tasteful. The staff and personnel are wonderful and kind and helpful. I love communication via Whatsapp, because it's quite a walk/drive to the reception and it makes everything easier. Love the ride with the wooden car, our daughter enjoyed it. Restaurant at the beach is great, maybe some more language skills would be appreciated with the staff there. Main pool in nice and big, beach is wonderful. 10min walk to the nice city nearby with lots of bars and restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at the Boutique hotel owned by Alex. Despite being in a wheelchair, Alex's courage and determination shine through. Carine's friendliness and assistance with boat transfers and taxis were invaluable. Susan, a lovely Thai lady, added to the charm. With only 5-6 rooms, the hotel feels like a secluded paradise reminiscent of Melrose Place, ensuring privacy while still offering opportunities to meet other couples. The hotel, accommodating up to 14 persons, is perfect for private rentals with family and friends. The location, just a 2-minute walk from the beach, is ideal, and the affordable and delicious beachside food adds to the overall experience. I look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommend!

Great location , lovely village great restaurants, not over crowded , family friendly. We ate in many local restaurants , the food was superb and very reasonably . Good variety of shops and supermarkets , we didn't travel outside the resort as didn't need to but plenty of taxis if needed

Very clean ocean water. Great wide and long sandy beach. But beware, the sun chairs usually belongs to highend hotels. So you cannot use them. In general, a very nice and high-class beach. Which is also great, is by the ocean taxi boats. From there you can jump on some boat, give the guy a 400-500THB and he will take you to Bottle Beach or Malibu beach (etc). Great hotels like Santhiya is nearby.

Great location, beach nice sand with sunbeds umbrellas, no need to panic to get one, always available. Gym was good even though the treadmill didn’t work during our stay, very friendly staff, Rong on the beach/ bar service was outstanding excellent. Room modes were good but did keep forgetting things, coffee water, tea light ect she could have been better. All in all excellent stay would return.

The hotel was excellent great location , the room was superb great views and very clean. The location of the hotel with the beach and village outside the entrance was great , loads of nice restaurants, bars and shops and really friendly locals. We were concerned a little about the size of the hotel resort and getting around the site , no problem we did not wait longer than 5 minutes at any time for a lift when required . This location is superb the hotel and staff exceeded our expectations we will be returning

Lived up to and exceeded expectations. Had everything you’d expect or want from a good quality beach front hotel with the charm of a home stay. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Both Gina and the waiting staff were brilliant. We felt a sense of calm and comfort we were looking for. Breakfast was great. Wide ranging lunch and dinner menu. Would go back.

We loved our stay. The couple that run KPP are so welcoming and organised. The place is beautiful and immaculately clean. That infinity pool! The views are amazing. We loved Thong Nai Pan Noi. The beach is perfect, especially in the afternoon when there is some shade. There are lovely brunch spots, restaurants and massage places a short walk away.

Had a lovely room with a balcony over looking the swimming pool 2 second walk to the beach ⛱️ 😎...all staff are very friendly I was welcomed by ( Sand ) on reception very very nice and ( Charlie) was always around asking if we were ok my 3rd time at this hotel the beach is amazing and the sea is so beautiful 😍
