Salwa is an excellent host. She met us at the airport offering us a free transfer back to the property. She was incredibly hospitable and helpful. The property has an unparalleled view and you have a lovely view of the sea which you can enjoy from the balconys. The lifts also make it easy if you have a lot of luggage / pram. Everything was clean and the property was tastefully decorated. The best property that I’ve stayed in in Tunis. We cannot wait to return.

Me and My wife visited and stayed in the GF right side end apartment. The place included a private terrace area with sofa and table and inner Kitchen/diner with separated large double bedroom and small shower room. High ceilings throughout. Kitchen had all essentials such as cooking stove, pots, pans, coffee maker and fridge freezer. No microwave. I had small requests and Naser had organised before our arrival. New but small boiler. Hot water and good air conditioning. There was washing machine in courtyard. All essential shops and bus 347 to either sidi bou said and to Tunis Marine station is approx 3mins walk. Monoprix supermarket is 4mins and lots of money changers as well as bakery and food shops. Easy to walk to beech... Only 10mins

It’s difficult to write a review about this property without it sounding unbelievable, that’s because it is, unbelievably good in every way. The hotel is a quiet area a short journey from the airport, close to the Roman archeological sites of Carthage, stunning views from the roof terrace, staff that couldn’t have done more to make our stay perfect, including meeting requirements for gluten free food and providing guidance for finding our way around. The property is impeccably clean and tastefully designed. The food cooked to order for us was excellent varied and in more than adequate quantities. At the end of the road is a nice cafe called Jasmin, where there was also a friendly helpful greeting, nice food and drinks which we used for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner one evening. I can’t single out any member of staff for special commendation, all went out of their way to make our stay relaxing and very special.

My stay at La Menara was nothing short of incredible! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by their amazing staff, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even surprised me with a free upgrade, which was such a thoughtful and delightful touch. The highlight of my experience was staying in the Ottoman Room—it was absolutely extraordinary! Every detail of the decor exuded elegance, with intricate designs and luxurious touches that transported me to another time. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and perfectly appointed View from Balcony is on the North / Western side, dominated by carthage landscape, but You only have to go to the side of the balcony to view a beautiful Lac / Bay of Tunis, with Boukornine mountain in the background. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable getaway!
