The hotel feels like it’s been refurbished recently but it’s in traditional style which adds a lot of character. The staff were all extremely kind and helpful and it’s spotlessly clean. There’s a great Tunisian-style breakfast in the morning too. A good choice if you’re looking for something a bit more traditional in Djerba.

Best structure I have been in my life for quality of the service, food has been amazing, especially private dinners in restaurants you can basically do every night. We tried a typical Tunisian dinner, an Italian one and my favourite was the fish dinner, all the time they gave us for free wine even though it was not included in our half pension. With half pension you can basically have free food almost the whole day anyway because already at 3pm a snack bar full of things is available, and after a large breakfast you do not really need to eat till that time. Pool is amazing, the beach in front really nice and the organizer every day at 11 and 4pm organize volleyball matches, we really enjoyed that part as well. The gym is not huge but well equipped, if you want to visit the islands taxies ate always out of the structure and really cheap. The best of the best is the prices in the low season, we paid around 100€ per night for 3 people, close to nothing considering food was all included and at 7 we could take advantage of the free drinks as well

Terrific hotel. Everything still feels new and is very clean. The room was large and comfortable, and the wifi worked well. The staff were helpful and organised an early morning taxi for me to the airport which arrived punctually. It's in a central location in town, so convenient for getting everywhere. I'd happily stay here again.

The beach with sunbeds was just near hotel, perfect. Pool with sunbeds always available. Good breakfast. Beautiful interior design. I liked that there was a spa in hotel! Not expensive, 20-25eur for 1h full massage(depends on type). Didnt like Hammam tho, but loved the massage after hammam. Hammam was additional 20eur, would not take it next time, but massage totally worth it.

Had an amazing stay at Iberostar Waves Mehari Djerba! The property is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is incredibly courteous and helpful. We had an unexpected emergency when my husband experienced severe pain at midnight due to kidney stones, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. Their kindness and quick response meant a lot. They had medical help instantly available to me and made arrangements to the hospital. Even their director was in continuous contact with us regarding the health. Aside from that, the hotel offers great engagement activities, keeping things lively and fun. We had booked 4 nights here and enjoyed every bit of it. Highly recommend this place for a stress-free and enjoyable stay!

The graffiti art in Djerbahood is definitely worth visiting as is the nearby ancient synagogue. Hamt soukh is interesting but beware of some of the traders as they can be so pushy and hence over priced. Dont be afraid to bargain hard. There are some amazing quiet beaches that are off the beaten track that taxis will take you too and pick up and they are so inexpensive it is cheaper than getting a hire car. We had a four hour tour with a driver for only £35. We visited during Rammadan so there were limitations of bars and restaurants but not at the hotels.

For a 4-star hotel, I was disappointed by the service; it could be improved. Apart from the entertainment staff, who brought us some satisfaction, the pool wasn't very clean, and above all, the free alcohol was just water, not alcohol.

There's nothing particularly interesting near the hotel, but...

There's nothing particularly interesting near the hotel, but taxis are affordable and there's plenty to discover on the island and beyond. Don't hesitate to try the local restaurants, for example in Houmet Souk, where you can share couscous, grilled sea bream, and drinks for less than €10 in total.

The room, the staff, the decor, the beautiful and well-maintained gardens, the varied and high-quality meals, the communal areas, the peace and quiet (no children), the security, the cleanliness, and the hotel shop were all excellent. Some spa treatments were extraordinary, while others were rushed and poorly done, which was a shame.

Hotel relatively new having a nice local architecture located on a beautiful beach. Free food and drinks available almost during the whole day. Good location on the beach, close to the main road and to other hotels. The animation team is very cool and professional, suggesting fun activities without being too annoying. The standard room was spacious and clean. The hotel has 2 swimming pools (one indoor and one outdoor), a moorish cafe offering delicious mint tea, a bar with a nice outside terrace and a theater for night entertainment.

Really enjoyed our stay at Jardins Toumana. Our apartment was very nice - pretty exterior, spacious and clean inside; two floors a bathroom and bedroom in each. The hotel itself is nice, we enjoyed dining by the pool each day that we were there. The staff are professional and really helpful, they assisted us with various queries, taxis, tours etc. Another bonus was the nearby beach, Toumana beach which is a short walk from the hotel.

Best annimation for the children and for adults! Generally very good food for all the tastes. The hotel is good for the children, there is also pool with slides for the children of different ages, but the sea and sun at the beach is as beatifull as everywhere @djerba, but for a reasonable price.
