I had such a great experience at Bulton Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the warm and friendly staff made me feel so welcome. The reception team were always smiling and ready to help with anything I needed. My economy room was clean, bright, and more spacious than I expected. After a long day, spending time in the hammam and sauna was the perfect way to relax — it felt amazing! A special thanks to the lovely receptionist who offered me a coffee just as I was heading back to my room, such a sweet touch. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, and I slept so well. The breakfast before my flight was fresh and delicious, and the airport transfer service was super convenient. Overall, everything was perfect — great service, kind people, and a relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely stay at Bulton Hotel again next time I’m in Istanbul!

Everything seemed perfect. The welcome, the team, the clean rooms. I ordered food and it was served hot and ready 20 minutes later. Although the hotel is very far from the city and this seems like a disadvantage, we took a short city tour and it was very close to a big shopping area, so we bought some things there. When I come to Istanbul again, it is a hotel that I will definitely stay at again without hesitation. The breakfast was also quite sufficient and satisfying. thanks.

The hotel service was very nice. I landed at Istanbul airport and just had to take the H6 bus to commute to the hotel (and back to airport the next day) which only cost 40 lira one way. Apart from that, it was dark when I landed and although the hotel is just a 2 minute walk from the bus station, I got a bit lost since I was new to Istanbul and it was dark, I contacted the hotel management and they responded very promptly asking me to send pics of where I was standing and then sending a person who then took me and my luggage to the hotel; they didn't charge me anything extra for this kindness. My entire stay at the hotel was also very comfortable. The restaurant right in front of the hotel had very good food and there were other food options to down the street on the left of the hotel. Additionally, my flight was to depart late night and the hotel management was very kind to extend my check out till 3pm. At checkout, they also complimentarily helped me carry my luggage to the nearby bus stop even though that is not in their policy. Overall, my experience was wonderful and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.
