We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the apartment had everything we needed. The location is also great – very close to Forum shopping center, which was super convenient. All the staff were friendly and helpful, but I’d especially like to highlight the cleaning ladies who were in our room on September 25th. My baby was in the room with my mother-in-law while they were cleaning, and they brought her some balloons, which made her really happy. It was such a small but incredibly kind gesture that truly touched us. These are the little things that make a hotel not just good, but great. Thank you for everything!

My parents stayed at the hotel for a week and had no complaint at all. Even when the hotel was booked, the manager Mr. Mehmet Caner found us a solution so that the parents won't need to move. It's the second stay this year at The Nirvanas, and just like the first time we can only recommend it.

Guest services Berkan and the rest of the team were exceptional. The Hotel was spacious, as this was our forth time been in the hotel. Uber was available which significantly made our commute to old Istanbul by far much easier. Mall of Istanbul and outlet 212 is very close.

All staff were super friendly, very helpfull, even at the gate, security personnel were very polite and helpful. Mr. Mevlut and Mr. Semih were extremly awesome people. I would recommend this place if someone looking a place clean, quite, effordable, you name it. I wish my vscation was longer but here I came back to Canada. :)

The hotel away for everything and no one on guard room or reception speak any language but Turkish and the phone number not respond, to get a key need to open roaming your international number which I don’t have it There is no blanket and linen small to queen bed Ac broken and no hangers in dressing closet the shelves in tiny bathroom was broken( I have pictures for all this problem which was in room 56 block a in 7 floor

It is a newly built neighbourhood.

It is a newly built neighbourhood. I prefer not to stay in the city centre as a neighbourhood slightly far from the centre gives me better access to all sides and parts of the city. Of course, you need to have a car. There is a lively high street where you can find all you need. As it is a newly built neighbourhood, expect to see construction work both on the roads and on new buildings.

Quiet hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite.

Quiet hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Especially when I arrived post midnight and hungry! I didn't get much chance to get round the neighbourhood but seemed well connected by car to the places I was going to.
