The apartment was very comfy, great location, 3 min walk to the forum Istanbul mall and the metro stop. Our apartment was on level 12 so no noises from the street. Beds and pillows were comfy, kitchen equipped with essentials for preparing food.

Amazing hotel. The staff was super gentle. We arrived quite late night with our child and they offered us an upgrade for free. Very good room super well equipped. Fruits, nuts, water, coffee machine available at our arrival. Very nice indoor Pool and spa area. Elegant decoration. Great experience! I would stay again.

where to start...the staff were so friendly, helpful and very respectful. even the manager, Caner bey, took the time to personally welcome us and say goodbye. i had read the reviews but this was more than i expected. Caner bey upgraded us to a family deluxe room, so grateful for that. what a beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable room. the pool was very hygienic and relaxed. this is the kind of hotel you want to go back to, you don't have to worry about anything. the breakfast was also extensive and delicious there too the staff super friendly. i can't express it enough from the cleaning lady to the guys who even helped us with parking the car. and then to start about the super location, could not be better all kinds of shops within walking distance, the sea a short distance away, and despite the crowds the hotel is still easy to reach and easy to park. so if anybody looking for a hotel in this area stop looking any further. much much thanks to all of you but especially to Mr Veysel who is such a nice and helping person .

    The hotel away for everything and no one on guard room or reception speak any language but Turkish and the phone number not respond, to get a key need to open roaming your international number which I don’t have it There is no blanket and linen small to queen bed Ac broken and no hangers in dressing closet the shelves in tiny bathroom was broken( I have pictures for all this problem which was in room 56 block a in 7 floor

    It is a newly built neighbourhood.

    It is a newly built neighbourhood. I prefer not to stay in the city centre as a neighbourhood slightly far from the centre gives me better access to all sides and parts of the city. Of course, you need to have a car. There is a lively high street where you can find all you need. As it is a newly built neighbourhood, expect to see construction work both on the roads and on new buildings.

    Quiet hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite.

    Quiet hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Especially when I arrived post midnight and hungry! I didn't get much chance to get round the neighbourhood but seemed well connected by car to the places I was going to.
