Nice area and the locals are very friendly and helpful. If you stay near the Eser hotel, best option is a taxi to the Metro Bus station (Son Durak) and from there you can get into the city (depending where you go its about 30 - 45 minutes for being at the more tourist places. The place has everything you need from the restaurants,...

The place has everything you need from the restaurants, shopping malls and boutiques , museum and historical sites and affordable restaurants and souvenier shops along the beach. People are helpful, friendly and honest. The beach has a nice view of the neighbouring towns around Istanbul. The place is quiet and peaceful and a bit far from the chaotic and buisy city of Istanbul.

The hotel is disgusting, it was built 40 years ago, the furniture is from then!!! Many of the rooms don't even open the window, it's held in place with screws!! You wait 3-4 hours to be accommodated!!! It smells of damp, the pools are full of salt water and a lot of chlorine!!! The staff doesn't speak any other language than Turkish!!! HORROR!!! HORROR!!!

It is very close to Istanbul, which is a great advantage. It can be visited anytime during your stay. There are many places where you can eat or buy various things. It is quiet and clean. The road to Buyukcemece is very good and easy.

Hotel Eser Premium is a five-star hotel, but it does not deserve so many stars. It is true that the hotel is in a nice place, close to the beach, but the street is very noisy. The interior of the hotel is tidy, the elevator is nice, the rooms are big, the view from the front is fascinating. Breakfast is rich and tasty.
