Very good breakfast and staff always at full disposal. I was particularly struck by Ms Su who was assisting and attending customers in a kind and very friendful way. As a worldwide traveller I must say that having a lady as Su welcoming customers in the hall is absolutely a plus for Kaya hotel. That's why for sure I will come back next year.

Hotel room was really spacious, cosy and modern with the nice evening panoramic view. Staff from reception were really helpful and friendly in regards of arranging taxi for me and other things I have requested. Location is good, it is just 5min walk away from PerlaVista Shopping Mall, there are a lot of different places to eat also. And room can be cleaned every day if you wish. Breakfast was good also.
