We were constantly surrounded by friendly dogs and cats, which brought great joy to the children. When we went out for walks, dogs would accompany us and stay by our side.

First of all, I'd like to thank all the staff and owners. They are incredibly kind and helpful. The facility has just opened, so everything is brand new! They offer top-quality service. The staff & the facilities were out of this world. When I walked in I was convinced, this place is so magical it has no match. The details of the stone work, to the cave rooms, the pools and the jacuzzis in each bathroom. Then also the garden and the spa. It was mind-blowing on every level. I would give this hotel 6 stars. Huge thanks to all my favourite peeps who made our stay really special. From Ahmet, Firdes, Nüsret, Zeynep, Fahim and all the others at the reception to the Devy & the spa staff, to the awesome cleaning crew and not to forget the extraordinary bar & restaurant folks.
