Everything about the hotel was great. All staff were super friendly and kind and willing to help me. Also, the room condition was perfectly clean and it has a heavenly bed. My kids loved the bunk bed. Also, the spa was amazing. They provided turkish baths in the most reasonable price. In Istanbul, it is impossible to get the Turkish bath in the price. One more thing. The breakfast was served with the most fresh and good ingredients during my 20 days - stay in Turkey. My family miss this hotel!

The hotel is amazing, the staff is really gently and welcoming. The rooms have everything, including toiletries. There were services we couldn't use due to time but we are hoping we will have that chance next time
