I had a very pleasant stay at this lovely 5-star hotel in Van. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and met all expectations. A special thanks to Turan at the reception who was incredibly helpful and kind — both to me and later to my father. Her assistance made our experience even better. Nice big rooms, quiet at night. We found lots of restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel. Parking is easy, in a garage just around the corner. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good spread for breakfast.
