We stayed for three nights and I Wish to have more time and stay longer. Everything was great - amazing host Benş, location, authentic rooms, delicious breakfast. Benş was super helpful with everything, he even helped me to collect my bag from nearby restaurant after I forgot it there previous night. The staff were attentive, professional and warmly characteristic. The hotel itself carries a very warm and comforting feeling. The staff introduced me to Ridvan, owner of Sore Tours, and we at breakfast and went on a tour of ancient sites. The location was fantastic - in the old city, just a stone's throw from Abraham's pool, the citadel, and the archaeological museum, but an incredibly peaceful and quiet area. Despite visiting in chilly November, the room was always cozy thanks to the efficient air conditioning. The daily evening tea was a lovely touch, and the fresh breakfast served on the balcony with stunning views was the perfect start to the day. But the real gem of this place is its manager, Mr. Fuad. He goes above and beyond to ensure every guest's stay is perfect. I can't wait to return!

_ The location is one of the best locations for a hotel in the city, near the city center and the Balikligol _ Ibrahim and the staff are extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. They are always trying to do anything for you before you ask. And always ask if you want tea or coffee for free - The rooms are clean and the toilets are clean - There heavy breakfast is extremely flavorful and tasty The building itself is a historical building. - Since it is hard to find english speaking people in Urfa, ibrahim is speaking english very good and always willing to help
