Loved everything about this little hotel. Location far from any noise, pool is simply great, tasty food, we also had dinner included and it was tasty, owners really nice. Overall a great place to relax and enjoy the holidays.

Loved the appearance of the hotel and rooms exceptionally clean , loved being right on the beach, hearing the waves, sitting on the terrace in the morning with a cup of tea and G &T in the evening. The view is to die for. Pay the extra for the sea view. The staff were incredible, very professional eager to please. Food was delicious. It was a buffet but Turkish food, exceptional quality and variation. Umpteen vegetarian dishes. Quality alchol, all named spirits such as Absolut Vodka, Gilbey's Gin. Good selection of cocktails. It is a very small quiet hotel, fabulous for being adult only. There's no night life as such, just sit back and gaze at the stars. If you like night clubs, bars variety of entertainment then this is not for you. The bars close at midnight and then the whole hotel goes to sleep fantastic. This is a 4 * hotel, does not have the slickness that the other super class hotels have but it has absolute charm and the owners, who are there daily really do care about the place and want enjoyment for their guests. It is difficult to leave the property as it is about 20 kms from Side. A taxi ride takes about 15 minutes but is 30 euros each way. There's a bus service at the top of the road, 5 minute walk away. The place is cosy, old family house in the very nice are - closer to beach (300 m). This is great place for family or Group of friends trip. You have 3 seperate rooms, two toilets and salon with Kitchen. On Kitchen lever there is also a small terrace with furniture - great for dinner. Second terrace is on the roof. There is a planty of space for 4-5 persons. Nearby you will find beach bar - not tourist focused one but rather for locals. Offer is not very extensive but with very interesting local food and very cheap (like really really cheap). You can easy park your Car on the Street and you need a Car, because the house is located a little off the nearby city. There are few hotels nearby but the shop/market is like 6 km away. In general we had great time - the house is located 24 km from Side and 40 km from Alanya. Great place to visit both locations.

A Wonderful and call place for a relax in nature, in a distance from noise and loudness. The owner are very welcoming people. Numerous and tasty foods are served that are prepared by his woman. Everything fresh and homemade and no artificial. The beach has a shower and a toilet, the house is right next to the beach with equipment for relaxing! So you can wake up and fall asleep to the sound of waves! We really enjoyed our stay!

food was amazing (never ending) and the facilities were brilliant. kids loved the deserts and the variety available in all the different restaurants and the night snacks (burgers 😬) at the snack bar near the pool. pools were awesome although the weather unfortunately meant the slides weren’t always operating. the arcade inside the hotel has 2 10 pin bowling lanes with a large variety of games and pool tables. (not included in the price) staff were great, especially the 2 guys working in the arcade!!! a credit to the hotel, not to forget the cleaning ladies who always made an extra effort to be nice and friendly.

This was a new and modern hotel, with impeccably clean rooms (shout out to the great cleaner on floor 3 👏🏼😊). The hotel is situated just 4 or 5 minutes walk from the beach, which is well signposted. The bar staff were always friendly and the animators full of energy. Thanks for a great 10 days!

Superb food throughout. Great quality of drinks including the wine included. Tui active activities were well run and well worth doing. Staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and always available as needed. Overall just a superbly relaxing holiday with lots to do.
