The place is new, all facilities are clean and tidy. Fantastic breakfast included. I was lucky to catch an early deal and had a room upgrade for free, so it was outstanding value for money. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful one-week stay at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Samsun. The hotel was clean and comfortable throughout my visit. I want to give special thanks to Fatma, the room maid, who was always cheerful and made sure my room was spotless every day, her attention to detail really made a difference. I also really appreciated the valet service: the staff was always friendly, helpful, and efficient. Their professionalism made my stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.
