The hotel is owned and run by a lovely family (two daughters, mum and dad) with equally lovely staff. Nothing is a problem. Breakfast is outstanding, with a huge, delicious buffet, much of which is homemade by mum. Our spacious room had a great view of the town, the sea and the islands. Everything was in great shape, the hotel having been opened in 2020. Nice garden and swimming pool (which we often had to ourselves). It’s got a really good location- Kas has plenty of restaurants which are within 10-15 minutes walk downhill as is the port with boats to islands, beaches etc.

We had an unforgettable stay in Kaş, and every glowing review you see is spot-on. The reception staff were incredibly attentive—always there for whatever we needed. They went above and beyond: parking our car for us, carrying our bags up to the top floor, and making sure every detail was perfect. It felt more like being welcomed by friends than checked in as guests. The place itself was immaculate and beautifully maintained. Spotlessly clean, centrally located—a perfect base to explore Kaş and everything it offers. If you’re thinking of staying here, just do it. From the stellar service to the comfort and location, it’s everything you want on a vacation. We’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in the quiet corner of Kaş but in the very close proximity to everything you might need. Excellent cleanliness and comfort everywhere in the hotel. The beds are the most chilling ever. I loved the balcony with sea view and Mediterranean street vibe. Staff with excellent English and happy to help with our requests. This hotel was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay. The family who runs the place were very kind and accommodating - we were on a cycle tour and they allowed us to store our bikes inside the property. The breakfast was big and delicious - one of the best we had during our time in Turkey, and the views from our rooms were stunning. It’s very close to the city Center (5 minute walk) but also just far enough removed that you don’t have to deal with noise. Would definitely recommend this place and will look forward to returning in the future.

Loved our stay here. Great staff who really do their best to help. Location makes it easy walking to all the sights and the town centre. A wonderful view from the breakfast/terrace area and a bonus for us with a balcony room with a view. Amazing breakfast as well.
