The staff at the reception (lady named Beyza) is very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good, big choice of cheese, fruits and dry fruits, just the way I like it. Cheese and spinach pastries were excellent. The hotel is near by dozens of restaurants and cafes, yet it is a quiet place. The backyard is fantastic, although I was not using it too much due to cold weather...Very clean and well maintained.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel in between flights. The hotel is only 15 minutes away from Sabiha airport. I really enjoyed my spacious room with a large balcony with lovely view. It is very important for me to exercise in the sun with privacy and beauty. The bedding was of the highest quality, too. The swimming pool, thermal jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, massage rooms and mud rooms cater for men and women separately. In addition to these areas, there is a large mixed thermal pool for both disabled and healthy people. All the facilities are very clean and cozy. After leaving I was allowed to use the thermal pool for free. The thermal water is amazing and really helps with fatigue and stress. The hotel works closely with Booking.com and does its best to fulfil the expectations and needs of the guests, the staff are very kind and attentive. This caring attitude is very important to me as a customer.

Tuzla is a wonderful area on the edge of Istanbul.

Tuzla is a wonderful area on the edge of Istanbul. It has much fewer tourists and more of the local people, which gives it a more authentic feel of its culture. Despite having many restaurants and cafes now, you can still enjoy its calm atmosphere.

You need to get the little bus has small red sign on the top...

You need to get the little bus has small red sign on the top (cash only it was 12 TL each) and goes to the marina (viaport mall) you can get off at the marmaray station if you want train into the city. It is very frequent and the bus stop is at the entrance to the complex. Migros jet is there too, but closes at 9pm. Local people were very helpful, just ask if you need to know where things are. We used Google translate a lot. We had dreadful weather for the last 2 days but went to Viaport by bus as there was shopping and loads of restaurants for us. If using the marmaray consider getting an Istanbul Kart for train,metro,tram etc, makes travelling easy. The city was about 1 hour away by train once you got to the Marmaray station. The local people are incredibly well behaved on public transport, very polite and we usually had a seat ( it’s busy and we are old!) we are not used to such behaviour, no one found it necessary to have loud conversations on their phone, eat drink and generally make a nuisance of themselves as is normal in the UK.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Petra Hotel Tuzla, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping.

We had an amazing stay at Chatto Hotel! The staff really made the stay special. From the first moment at the check in desk, we had a great impression from how welcoming and helpful the staff were. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Nice comfortable beds. Tasty traditional breakfast. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Tuzla. Thanks and see you again next time!
